Set Fair Targets for Every Municipality
Write a motion at the CRD to set specific goals for how many shelter beds and supportive housing units each of the 13 municipalities must host, creating the evidence needed to call on BC Housing to open services across the entire region using paramountcy if necessary.

Support People in Their Home Communities
Advocate for provincial and federal  funding to establish health and social services in every CRD municipality, so individuals can receive care locally rather than being forced to seek services in Victoria.

Protect Vulnerable Residents in Their Own Communities
Work with CRD Board members to ensure unhoused people across the region can get life-saving shelter near their support systems during extreme heat and cold, rather than being forced to travel to Victoria during extreme weather.
